Did you know that Japan is the largest importer of makgeolli, a traditional Korean alcoholic beverage??Makgeolli is a drink that is easy to drink, but few people know how deeply it is connected to Korean culture. In this World Lecture Series, we will explore the charms of makgeolli by tasting four types of makgeolli, including one that cannot be purchased in Japan, along with "chijimi."
