We offer one-day courses on a variety of topics, including courses taught entirely in English that give you the feeling of studying abroad, and courses in languages ​​that you rarely have the opportunity to study elsewhere. This is your chance to casually come into contact with the languages ​​and cultures of other countries!

The prefecture's international exchange staff will serve as instructors, and will introduce the society, culture, history, etc. of each country of origin through various activities such as talks, cooking, and manufacturing!

You can enjoy international exchange and contact with different cultures by holding various courses and events such as exchange meetings with foreigners in the prefecture, manufacturing workshops, and international understanding courses in English!

Ipal's largest international exchange event where international exchange groups in the prefecture meet together!There are lots of fun events such as exhibitions, product sales, exchange corners, eating and drinking booths, and stage events.

By utilizing a large screen and audiovisual equipment, the film festival provides an opportunity to experience diverse worldviews and cultures through films from various countries and deepen international understanding. This project is co-sponsored by JICA Shikoku.
